Since 2016, Leanna has been bringing her artistic talent and nursing background together in designing treatments to create what she calls “facial balance and harmony” so that she can deliver “natural results through precision with respect to safety and anatomy.”
Leanna has over one thousand patients in both Prescott, Arizona and Fort Collins, Colorado. Word of mouth and referrals are her main source of business, which speaks volumes that her patients are happy with her care and beautiful outcomes she provides.

Taylor has become a familiar face at Lee Rose Aesthetics medspa in Fort Collins. She is Leanna's assistant and is typically the one you are speaking to when you message us on Instagram and get scheduled. Taylor runs all of our social media accounts, created our website, and she does all of the marketing for the business. She has her own company called Mayfield Marketing & Web Development. Brittany Renteria
AESTHETIC NURSE
Meet Brittany, Aesthetic Nurse affiliated with Lee Rose Aesthetics. Not only is she an affiliated associate with our business, she is also the owner of Brilliant Aesthetics by Brittany, LLC. Brittany is originally from Orange County, California and has earned majority of her education and aesthetic training in Newport Beach and Irvine, California. She has more than 10 years of experience within the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant, and recently graduated from Nursing School in 2021 with her Associate's Degree and license to practice here in the State of Colorado. Brittany has worked alongside many Plastic Surgeons, Aesthetic Nurse Injectors, and other Medical Aesthetic Professionals over the years and has developed a true passion for the art of aesthetics and has utilized her extensive medical knowledge to implement safe and effective treatments for her clientele. Brittany also continues to work in bedside nursing with a local Nephrology group located in Fort Collins, Colorado and is currently enrolled in school in pursuit of her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing and RN Licensure with her end goal being to obtain her Master's of Science Degree in Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus in Nephrology.
